Student Voices: A Book Publishing Project for Schools.

What is it?

Student Voices is an inspiring program created to nurture gifted storytellers within your school community. Open to both public and private schools, it empowers 10–15 exceptional student writers from each school, giving them a platform to share their unique stories with the world—completely free of charge. Join over 100 schools that have turned their students into published authors (samples below).

How does it work?

This initiative offers each student:

  • The opportunity to have their work professionally published.

  • Insight into the publishing and promotion process.

  • A pathway to build confidence in their writing abilities.

Beyond fostering a love for storytelling, it nurtures essential skills such as creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression—foundational tools for success in every area of life.

Who is it for?

The best part? Student Voices is completely free, ensuring every participant, regardless of background or resources, has no barriers. By getting involved, your school will provide a life-changing opportunity for young writers to become published authors, fostering a culture of creativity, achievement, and inclusivity.

This program celebrates the incredible diversity of thoughts, cultures, and perspectives that make your students’ stories unique. It gives your school’s most gifted storytellers a platform to showcase their voices, inspire their peers, and leave a lasting impact.

Join us in shaping the next generation of writers—let’s make their stories heard and empower their futures!

What’s the process?

  1. School gathers completed works from 10-15 students (writing/images). **Optional: we provide custom promotional posters (see below).

  2. School contacts us, then submits student works via email.

  3. We edit, format and create publish-ready manuscript, then submit to school for approval.

  4. We publish a library quality book (some schools then choose to honor the participants in some way).

  5. School (and participants) can order softcover copies at wholesale cost.
